To ensure the date, time and provider you prefer is available, we suggest booking all appointments in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. Late arrivals are considered a missed appointment and subject to a $50 fee.
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and a $50 fee applies for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
As a courtesy to all our guests and providers, please provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $50 fee will apply to all appointment missed, canceled or changed in less than forty-eight (48) hours.
Gratuities are up to patient discretion and always appreciated. Cash is preferred, however we can process a gratuity by credit card. We do not accept gratuity for injectable, laser or other medical treatments.
All payments are due at the time of service. Payment methods accepted are cash and all major credit cards. Financing options are available through Cherry and Care Credit. Approval is subject to terms of lender.
A deposit of $50 is required for all new patients. Deposits are deducted from your total bill at check out. Deposits are refundable for appointments cancelled prior to forty-eight hours in advance.
Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s).
Service packages are refundable within seven (7) days of purchase if unredeemed. Packages that are partially redeemed are non-refundable.
If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging unopened within seven (7) days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Services that are received for training purposes are non-refundable.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services and must complete the required consents. All patients must be 14 or older to be treated.
Guests that are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under other medical supervision are encouraged to consult their physician prior to scheduling services. Please be advised that some services and products will not be available for patients with some allergies or medical conditions.
